Privacy policy

Last updated October 15, 2026. This page explains what Fawz 4 Tennis collects when you book online and what we do with it.

What we collect

When you book an assessment call or a lesson, we ask for your name, email, phone number, the time you picked and your answers about level, goals and preferred court. If you book for a child or a partner, we also collect the details you enter for them.

How we use it

Your booking is added to Coach Fawz's Google Calendar and Google sends you a calendar invitation. Fawz also receives an email copy of your answers so he can prepare for the call or lesson. We use your details only to schedule, run and follow up on your lessons. We do not sell or share them with anyone else, and we do not use them for advertising.

Google account access

The booking system connects to Fawz's own Google account only. It reads his calendar to show open times, creates events for confirmed bookings, and sends booking notifications from his Gmail to himself. It never accesses a visitor's Google account. Use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Spam protection and analytics

Booking forms use Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics and Ahrefs Web Analytics, which are cookie-free, and Google Analytics, which uses cookies to count visits and see how people use the site. You can opt out of Google Analytics with Google's opt-out browser add-on.

Keeping or deleting your data

Booking details stay in Fawz's calendar and email for as long as you take lessons. To see, correct or delete your information, email [email protected] or call or text 858-876-5225.
